1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or using any digital products offered by AutoScale ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("Client", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. ABOUT AUTOSCALE

AutoScale is an automation agency headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We provide AI-powered automation solutions for B2B and D2C businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Internal process automation and workflow systemization
  • Sales automation systems and pipelines
  • Business operations streamlining and consulting
  • Productized automation systems sold as digital products
  • Setup guides, templates, and digital resources in the automation category

3. SERVICES

All service engagements (custom automation projects, implementations, consulting) are governed by a separate Service Agreement or contract entered into between AutoScale and the Client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific service contract, the service contract shall prevail.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our sole discretion.

4. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

AutoScale sells digital products including automation systems, templates, setup guides, and related resources. Upon successful payment:

  • You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business purposes.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the product with any third party.
  • Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with AutoScale at all times.

5. PAYMENTS

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service in addition to ours. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. AutoScale reserves the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, systems, frameworks, code, templates, methodologies, and materials created or sold by AutoScale are the exclusive intellectual property of AutoScale. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

AutoScale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or digital products, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service or product in question.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Our services and digital products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for quality and accuracy, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results from using our automation systems.

9. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

10. MODIFICATIONS

AutoScale reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
